INTERNATIONAL DEGREE WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF ORLÉANS / FRANCE
The course aims at training a solidly prepared legal expert for access to the traditional legal professions (magistrate, notary public and lawyer), but it also aims to train operators with the highest level of responsibility within international institutional and entrepreneurial organisations. Several courses are taught in English and students can choose these as an alternative to those taught in Italian, as well as IT tools as a form of teaching support.Binational course in the study of Italian and French law
An agreement with the University of Orléans (France) is currently close to completion, it involves a shared course of study in Italian and French law, lasting five years, which will take place in France and Italy. At the end of the course, students will obtain the French qualifications «Licence de droit, parcours droit général» and «Master 1, mention droit privé», granted by the University of Orléans and the Italian diploma «Laurea magistrale a ciclo unico in Giurisprudenza» granted by the University of Macerata. The aim of the common course of studies is to train a highly qualified professional figure who is extremely competent in both Italian and French law.
SUBJECT FIRST YEAR
* The courses taught in English are aimed both at Erasmus students and students enrolled in the single block masters degree course in Law, who may choose whether to attend the course and take the relative exam in Italian or English.
