    What opportunities might it lead to?

    This course is accredited by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and prescribed by the Architects Registration Board (ARB). If you plan to pursue a professional career in architecture, this course leads to exemption from the RIBA's Part I Examination.

    While meeting the educational requirements of the architectural profession, this degree will also prove a valuable means of securing employent in a broad range of areas.

    Course Content

    Year one

    Our courses are designed to provide a thoroughly professional education in architecture. We place professionalism and creativity as our key objectives. In the first year you will develop your creative, analytical and decision-making skills through a series of design projects.

    Year two

    Begin to take your studies to a more advanced level and integrate them into interesting design projects. You'll explore issues like dwelling, landscape and urban settlement, and the design of public and community buildings and spaces.

    UK requirements for international applications

    Universities in the United Kingdom use a centralized system of undergraduate application: University and College Admissions Service (UCAS). It is used by both domestic and international students. Students have to register on the UCAS website before applying to the university. They will find all the necessary information about the application process on this website. Some graduate courses also require registration on this website, but in most cases students have to apply directly to the university.     Both undergraduate and graduate students may receive three types of responses from the university. The first one, “unconditional offer” means that you already reached all requirements and may be admitted to the university. The second one, “conditional offer” makes your admission possible if you fulfill some criteria – for example, have good grades on final exams. The third one, “unsuccessful application” means that you, unfortunately, could not be admitted to the university of you choice.
